Singapore Old Town Cafe in Dublin is excellent. The noodle bowls are awesome, and very reasonably priced. The flavors are incredible and the ingredients are nice and fresh. Everything Ive seen other people order has also looked great, but I typically tend to stick with the Lakhsa Noodles which I would highly recommend. Another winner is the Beef Rendang, tender beef cooked in a red curry with just the right kick served with rice and a side salad. You may have to wait a little if you go at lunchtime as the place is not very big, and is always packed, but it is worth the wait. Also be sure and have some cash on you unless your bill is over $25 as thats their minimum credit card charge.
